Gloomy days below
Wet hours ahead
Dry offices within
The endless pattern
That is work

The same old race, I am not complaining, just writing down what I see and feel.
I do not feel like going to the gym, it pains me when the Fitness centers makes money out of us, but something about January makes me care less.
So its my day's resolution. Not going to the gym today.

I know I will have to go tomorrow, for not going is more painful than going.

I wonder what the weekends holds, about time I started smiling at the girl in HR.
A brilliant evening, perhaps better than mine!

Jobs.
There are many similarities that can be drawn about searching for jobs, finding love is one of them, finding a bus is another, a cop when you are being mugged... its astro-physics, some wiill say.
But like those similarities I mentioned, you just soldier on, put up with the crap patronising questions, the pitying looks, writing 1000s of words in forms of reports and studies, having your ideas nicked way before your back is out of the interviewing room, and the one I hate most, Assessment days... where sadistic interviewers watch with glee how the poor candidates tear themselves apart in attempt to be seen, vertical challenges.

All I can say, put up with the lot, nothing can get any worse, and use each episode( I mean the term)as a lesson. The jobs are out there, its only when you get one that you realise how many vacancies exist in your new place of work.

If this helps, good, if it does not, treat it like any other form of useless advice, I am only trying to empathise.

The BBC, why does the BBC have to send radio presenters to the US for the party primaries? I thought Justin Webb was the BBC guy in the US? What exactly does he have to do when the likes of Simon Mayo are busy interviewing presidential candidates on behalf of the BBC?

Thank God England did not qualify for Euro2008, God help us.....
Still with the BBC, when is a live new year's eve show of musical talent not live? For a moment I nearly used that night's Jools Holland as an example of time travel in my blog.

Oh well, on a happy note, I have a new month's resoluttion, Not to sleep in a stranger's bed...

The first line always the hardest, but a happy 2008 to all.
What a difference a year makes, still the same me, older by a year, no longer a student, so no more excuses, I have a job, that I always yearned for, so I am happy, my pride (if ever I had any) still intact, I did not have to queue up at the dole office. But a number of changes, dear old Blair gone, Sir ming has been ceasered, Michael Howard, well disappeared like count Dracula, well I missed all those, but most of all, I regret never putting in writing my sentiments towards the English Footbal team and Steve Mclaren, now that was a juicy story.

Many of you used to read my mutterings, well am afraid, there are more to come, I still support Liverpool you know, despite writing off our chances for the premiership this season again!

Well as it is the 1st posting this year, I will keep it clean, I went out last night, did not get any Russel Brand moments, though I caught a few knowing glances my way, must have been my hoddie, I wonder whether that has set the tone for the year...

Resolutions: Not to make any ass always, get amorous as many times as capable and stay alive.

Its good to be back , I will be reading your postings, so if you get a strange comment, Iam not a stalker.

What kind of individual would watch Celebrity big brother? An honest individual I say. The same individual that would find uncomfortable TV appealing. That would be honest. I for one, love watching horror movies, the sight of blood and screams of death do not make me uneasy. I think I would attend a bull fight… but I would not turn around and call the matadors inhumane.
The uproar that is surrounding the bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is a sign of the two face3d generation that embodies this country. What did u expect when you decided to tune in to the programme? From Jade Goody to a wannabe wag. Channel 4 and the producer of BB are not stupid, They are exactly like the mangers of Bedlam. They realised a niche market of viewers that kind of programme would tap into. There is no way you can watch big brother and then turn around and accuse the programme of promoting racism and bigotry. You get what you pay for, no two ways about it.

I used to like Channel 4. In the mid to late 90s, it had that bohemian, devil may care cutting edge outlook. The kind of programmes it was screening were edgy and hard hitting. Everyone remembers “queer as folk”, the week long screening of programmes and films on BDSM, the political satires, all that is gone, what we have instead is the tired old routines of getting misfits into a house all for a 5 figure sum. The people on there are crap, crass, no manners, arrogant and stupid. I always had a thing for lesbians like any other hot blooded male, after hearing of Jackey Goody’s antics, my image of lesbians has been shattered. Would I want to be kidnapped by sex starved lesbo nymphomaniacs and taken to a desert island? No way, the passing of wind has put an end to that fantasy… instead I am left with a tedious torturous task of coming up with new fantasies… thanks Channel 4, you have opened my eyes.
A number of studies have been carried out with the ubiquitous conclusion being cells are the building blocks of life, prime numbers, well u would not have a credit card without them, but irony? I would love to dwell further on it.
It Monday I know, still too early in the week to be thinking deep, but spare a thought for me. I was awoken by my DAB radio blasting the French national anthem, I thought it’s a was a technology mishap, and was rubbing my naked chest with glee, a fault with the radio, a possibility of a refund perhaps… but no, it was radio five live. It was about the release of official secret documents that dated back to 1950s, where the then French prime minister proposed a union with England under the premiership of Eden. We could say it was gonna be a no way, for Churchill had proposed the same in 1944. I will not bore you with history, but the cabinet said no.
Where does Irony come into play? Well according to a poll, radio five’s, 70% of listeners said they would have like a union with France, it could be the property investors who would have wanted to settle in southern France, or the hedonists that would have loved the liberal lifestyle of the French, or the wine drinkers perhaps, imagine substituting real ale for champagne… anyway the majority were for a union.
Scotland, land of the kilt, 80% of the English would love a separation and Scotland as an independent nation.
This is where the irony comes into play. What have the English got in common with the French that would make a union so appealing that they do not have with the Scots that would make a separation appealing? Being an outsider, is that a correct phase, (well I am one despite what the commission for racial equality would want me to believe), being an outsider, I am amused about the complexity of the British nation, what exactly do you want?

I have another for you, will the Prime Minister intervene in the ongoing investigation on the radar system supplied to Tanzania by BAE systems and the 30% commission fees that were paid to the Indian middlemen to “smooth” the deal? But yet again Tanzania has no royals, and no oil? IRONY, it could be the holy grail.
Monday awaits!

She is a parent and Mom, she does what she thinks is best for her kids, got nothing to do with the rest of Britain, another national debate.. damn this country has issues, this is making me realise I did not add sugar to ma oats, looking for the bag, its not natural cane sugar I usually buy, then I remember, twas bought by the polish weekend occupant of my bed. I seem to draw Poles of late, need to change ma style.

Robbie Williams and Tara, who cares… and then the good one, smallest country for sale. I suddenly realise what made me come to the UK in the first place. The guy that owns the principality, Paddy Roy Bates, managed to ward off the Royal navy with a few blasts of his gun, that is brilliant stuff, Germany mercenaries passing as tourist kidnap his son for ransom, he does the double on them and holds them captive, it becomes a diplomatic calamity, the Germans want their citizens back, the British refuse to cooperate… I love this, for a Monday, English eccentricity has made ma day, all of a sudden, the country is not doomed. With people like this Prince, we can be able to fight the US attempts to profile us when we visit the US. Why cross the ocean when you can go to Essex and cross the sea to Sealand? And remember there will be no need to have your ten finger prints taken, the currency conversion rate is the same, and you can have fish and chips as well?
Back to my oats….

Its “labour speak”, but I think to define it would be along the line of “suddenly realising you are not alone in your thoughts”. His piece (Dennis) was about what he knew about women. He is 59, seeing someone but not married.
I do agree with him that married people have destroyed marriage.
There is an “in your face” culture amongst married people, like some form of competition, well we have been married for 50 years, wow, how do you manage such a long marriage? Oh its giving and taking, compromise.
Now therein lies the problem, it should not be about giving and taking, it makes it sound like a bad case of capitalism.
At the moment I am single, I go to bed when I am tired of watching the rubbish that my TV license churns out, I wake up when I am guilty of being an able bodied man who should not spend hours in bed, I eat when I am hungry, go to the gym, go clubbing, snog an attractive pole, and in a combination of sign language and more snogs , persuade her to spend the night at my bed sit.

That is fun and I would like to continue doing so till the day the God lord decides my arse has served its purpose on earth. Is this wrong? I do not think so. And by inclusive, I know somewhere out there, is a woman who feels the same. When we meet it will be a meeting of likely minds, no mention of marriage, just adult uninhibited fun.

Liverpool were rubbish yesterday, and we deserved the loss. I sign off.

 Comments

Old Age Sex

Its becoming common procedure to open a newspaper and find someone cheating on their spouses, it’s a reflection of the kind of society we live in says my esteemed housemate, sipping a cup of green tea. You see times have changed, a profoundly understatement in my opinion, she says, I used to like coffee, but I am into green tea.. anyway back to cheating, beating, infidelity and other relationship evils. When I read of such shenanigans, I always look at the woman in question and the fella and then the 3rd party, from their pictures I make a conclusion on whether the infidelity was worthy it, hey I am a bloke.
This morning it was the turn of Chris Tarrant, he of “is that your final answer, and we shall be right back after this break” followed by a manic laugh. Looking at him and the poor wifey, Ingrid, I was disgusted. There should be a law that says people above the age of 60 should not indulge in illicit affairs, and when they do so, their pictures should be pixled. Ingrid with all due respect is an old ugly bag, that would give Pauline fowler a run for her money, I do not believe she is Swedish, Chris is the same with sunken chicks and bad teeth. The thought of them indulging in any coitus put me off my breakfast and made me yearn for a cup of green tea. I can see why Chris had an affair, there is no way anyone can lust after Ingrid Tarrant, Jesus, imagine the sight of her naked arse going up and down…. Eiow
Chris with his pathetic excuses, that all men , sorry all boys do it, since when has a 60 year old been a boy? He goes on to claim his friend have told him he is “one of the few good guys”, what planet does this guy live on, with all the self righteousness he can master he says he only did it for sex, what lust can he have in those old loins? Viagra, the scourge of old age I say.
I need to brush ma teeth for obvious reasons. Sex and Sixties, those 2 don’t rhyme

 Comments

Computer Misuse, what exactly does that mean?

The new Police and Justice Act, published today, could criminalise legitimate IT security activity. There are fears amongst security experts that changes it makes to the Computer Misuse Act will make it illegal to distribute some vital tools.

The new law modifies the Computer Misuse Act of 1990, the cornerstone of Britain's anti-hacking law. The changes make clear for the first time that denial of service attacks are an offence; but they also address the distribution of hacking tools.

The new Act will make a person guilty of an offence "if he supplies or offers to supply any article believing that it is likely to be used to commit, or to assist in the commission of, [a hacking offence]." The word "article" is defined in the Act to include "any program or data held in electronic form".

Some software tools commonly used by IT security professionals can also be used for malicious purposes, making the new legislation a cause for concern.

i predicted this could happen at the onset of the publ;ic consultation on the Computer Misuse Act. Why don't politicians ever learn? There needed to be input from the IT industry before the Act was passed.

Anyhow, England lost the 1st test Match, but by 200+ runs, I think they did well considering the way things were on the 1st and 2nd days. I still think the lads will do us good.
Liverpool we are matching on, 1-0, good enough.
A great week ahead to yall.

 Comments

the Angel of death

I wake up with the familiar taste of a crude vile hang over in my mouth. Strange taste to have since I never went out, and do not drink, however a combination of losses in Rugby and cricket over the weekend is the culprit. I never follow county cricket, but I do the world cup. The ashes, well I got caught up in the Euphoria during the late 90s and early 2000s when Nasser Hussein came in, I liked the guy but the team lacked bite. There is no motivation in the tournament, for the 2 finalists, if you may call them that are known, they have and will continue being the same, where is the fun in that? And the trophy, Its too small, it looks comical when they hoist it up by the fingertips, isn’t it high time the sponsors got a meaningful trophy? However, I will not be like the rest of the country. It’s the 1st match, well its lost, but the entire test series are not over, England just needs a draw to win after all, talk of irony.

Rugby, well Andy is gone, you can see death stalking him and in the words of the slain ex-KGB colonel, he can hear the flaps of the wings of the angel of death beating ever so closer, damn these guys even on death bed have a way with words. Wonder whether he wrote that in Russian, all the same it was a beautiful tragic verse. I had to use it, sorry.

Web 2.0, the next big thing. Being a computer student, (well graduate) I am always cheesed off when the media start blowing everything out of proportion. I remember the Y2K bug, I can stand up proud and say I predicted that nothing would happen. Wonder where I can put that on my CV, under achievements or throw it in between if and when I get an interview, but I digress the media brought us Y2K, it never happened, the internet boom and those start-ups that offered staff organic fruits and water, burst, they are at it again. The number of ridiculous start-ups getting initial public offerings (IPOs) is amazing for the most sublime of ideas, a website dissing teachers, where is the business focus in that? I make another prediction. Social networks and communities will make money, I have been on second life, its amazing, but dissing teachers, well that’s bullshit.
Its Sunday people, I fancy some sushi…. P.s isn’t wassabi radioactive?

I am not going to enter the pyschic relm, but I wanted to use that as an introduction to a piece I was reading in the Guardian.
Its about the Kennedys, and that sshould be said whilst crossing one's self. Is it the most unlucky family in the world? it could, but the piece was about the assasination of the California Senator RFK, It was apparently done by a lone palenstinian gun man, but stories have come up that it was the CIA, the same CIA that was fingered for the death of JFK.
The full story can be got on http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,,1952393,00.html. But BBC2 is screening the investigation by Shane O'Sullivan tonight, its worth a view albeit a late one.
On that note, I start my monday morning. Do I sense a feeling of doom? yep, a lone gunman has just killed himself in Germany after holding a siege at a school. Its Monday.

I thought England played well, for a friendly, so the crisis that is talked about, well thats in the conservative party.

yesterday's debate on the Queen's speech in the house of commons wasa sad affair. Sad in that the last of the great debators is taking his final curtain call, just like I felt when William hague resigned as leader of HM opposition, I feel sad that tony Blair is leaving. I do not see him doing a John Major and going to the bank benches, I think he is destined for the lords and the speech circuit. As for DC (tory leader not the racing driver, u muppets)well I do not kow what to say, he is way out of his depth.
I could be wrong, but in such matter I am seldom wrong, I am sure as daylight that the tories will try for a hung parliament with the LibDems.... i hate it when I dwell on politics, its great fascinating stuff, but I am way too young to be talking about this stuff.

On the job front, the answer is NO, i am still jobless, wonder whether I am aiming for some record or summin,
On the relationship side, I am single, and dare I say it available,(hoping to see a queue forming ).

I will be off as usual, but I hope to come back on saturday, we are living in difficult times, till then my friends, a happy weekend.

What am I on about? Well after the moans of friday, I should remind ma self.
1. Never mix weed, a lusty sensual Richmond woman, with social evils, ironic? you would think so, but it is not.

It all began with a chance encounter on the beloved net, after a few flirtous messaging and email, it developed into a 45 minute phone call, which led to stint in a west end club, and ended up in a bedsit in Hackney.

I was not feeling macho by any chance, you do not fel that way in such situations, and I for one have never been the kind of person who gloats at so called conquests.
After bakin, what followed was a lustful epsiode of role play, the kind where fantasies are indulged without a feeling of guilt or remorse. It should bother me that whilst indulging in the said caprices, I should be show some courtsey, but in this, I was free to stretch the limits of my imagination.

Pillow talk involved social injustices and bouts of weed. As the smoke filtered towards the cream walls of the poor bedsit, the issue of politicians meddling in social issues came about. In this case, it was the tory leader's speach to the youth justice board, I think, where he said the youth needed tough love, months ago he said they should be hugged. This was the cause of the outburst I wrote on Friday. It was a mixture of post coitous, weed and the beauty of curvy thighs and natural scents that lead to a moment of lapse, of which I am still recovering from.

Its sunday, the said lusty wench is gone, Richmond, she said was always open to me, indeed it was, if I can remember correctly. The anatomy of women is something I will always consider an object of beauty....
A great weekend to all am merry readers.
P.s. My spellings are falling by the way side, but I cannot be arsed to correct them to be honest.... be merry

Hoodies, and hugs, Asbos, and then tough love. Do politicians havea clue? I am seriously considering joing politics. Why do they have to complicate stuff? Is it a wonder that Briatin has the highest number of teenage moms, that teenagers no longer respect authority, and that teachers no longer wield any power?
Its time to get back to basics, Fuck the hugs, fuck the tough love nonsense, and yall social do gooders sayin that we should respect kids, u can go shoot yourselves.
I have to up the stakes, else this country is moving towards chaos.

That is a bad omen, and I do not yet know what will happen. After many months of trying to get a job, I think I will employ myself, surely it can be done. Now whether this is a sign of the madness I have already mentioned, I do not know. But something has to be done. I feel I am wasting away, and I am scared of my education going to waste.
How does one start his own company? That I would want to know. I am skint, the banks well... Alan sugar? I am hooked on all these shows from the big idea to the dragon's den, why? Well I do harbour a crush on the badger, hence the bouts of lust, I earlier mentioned, wicked and lustful thoughts rush through my head, down to my loins, meandering through my vain causing the insomnia I mentioned earlier as well. What’s a man to do? Start imagining sex with Ruth? Would she try to convince me not to wear a condom? Now that’s uncalled for, but seriously, with my creativity comes the unwelcome horny feelings. Sex and starting my own business... do the two add up? But it is Tuesday, I need to be creative, so the Citizens' Advice Bureau is the next port of call. Hope there are no Ruth Badger look alikes.
The constant erections I am having... well they make going to the gents uncomfortable, that bowl should be made abit deeper; it’s unhygienic when the end of one's penis rubs on that cold bowl.
I bow out at this point lest I start having a phobia for Mr Crapper's inventions.

Should I have been there, NO, that was not for me, besides, I do not get nasty when I drink, do not suddenly discover my homosexual side all of a sudden like some people did, I wonder whether it was a dare, something they have been thinking of doing for the last year, or a new trend for straight men to do homosexual things...
Any am not any of that, so I would have paled in significance, I promise to do all those things when I get a job though...
The promised thunderstorms, I know... well at least the US is being battered by them.

The weekend is coming, and I continue to loathe the period, you see, I am beginning to become fussy when it come s to women, back in the days, I was up for anything, especially big arses and tities, now,,, I do not want them on fat people, I want them on normal women. The good news is that it is just a phase I am going through.

You see it happened when a friend of mine raised something, (do not even go there,) but the point he made was, whenever he was at a loose end, he did not think of his current girlfriend, instead his fantasies were crowded with ex girlfriends, one night standers, his neighbour's middle aged wife, and even his sister's friend who is bisexual. This was bizzare, i told him, it had never occured to me, try it he said.... I tried, and it put me off big women with big arses and big tities, for I am thinking now, if they had not eaten plenty of nasties, they would not have had the big butts and titties, so really the butts and tities are cosmetic, should they loose weight, they will go and worse, that is why I still like big butts and big titties, but on curvy women, not over-weight, super sized women, it is a phase, and it will pass, I do sincerely hope.
Enough of the butts and breasts, but I think we are in the season of butts and breasts, I see them everywhere, even when I open my eyes, bring on the heat wave I say, and God bless the polar shift.

A merry weekend my friends, and I hope I survive the weekend, not with the butts and breasts on display.

I have not attended the ceremony, nothing to celebrate about, with the future uncertain; I think it would have been denial on my part to think today was a day of celebration. I have been smelling the coffee since the beginning of the year, I have failed to get a job. It is mainly because of this, I decided to opt out of attending.
I am glad I have successfully finished my studies, I am glad I did not have any resits, I am glad I passed way higher than I expected, I am glad, on paper my CV looks impressive. But that is where the story ends.

I am not going to have a go at the agencies, who use software to sift through CVs, or the employers that cannot be arsed into soliciting for genuine CVs directly from applicants, but I reckon true talent is being lost, as “trigger” phrases are being used to flag up CVs, what am I talking about? I think online recruitment has ruined the chances for genuine job seekers getting jobs.

So whilst my fellow graduands are toasting their “success”, (there is a black tie ball later on organised), I will be saying a prayer for all us. Pseudo success is what it seems.

I did not mean to dumpen the day, I can count myself lucky, my degree (s) can never be taken away from me, but I am beginning to ask my self, was it worth it? I do not regret any moment in my life as a student, I have met people that have left impressions, the journey has been wet with tears, littered with broken hearts, lightened up with smiles, watered by relationships, its been a glorious journey. In a way I am scared of venturing out, to an uncertain future, I have tasted bits of it, but I will need to hold my head up and walk into the unknown as I search for that elusive job.
Farewell academia, you have served me well.
I will start with the usual moan, I don't know when I started doing so, but looks like its as sure as the impure air we breath in London, anyhow, Big brother, and the evicted hosemates' relatives, why do they always say, "we are proud of you"? How can one be proud of watching her daughter "romp" undercover with a hitherto complete stranger? I do not watch the damn show, but I was channel hopping as you tend to do these days... and I came across Niki, at home with her Mom and sis.
fast fwd, to the middle east, I am beginning to get scared... reading the bible, the war to end the world will be triggered by a small nation, or should it be a small conflict. In the days to come, attempts will be made at peace with Isreal.... sadly I cannot predict my employment prospects.
I bid you a good afternoon.
All is quiet at the Job front.

Back them days, it was the crazy frog ring tone boycott, now it is the Theo- Walcott boycott. Before you bite my head off, I am not against the bro, he seems real enough to handle himself and the tabloids, but I am not going to read any story about his private life, I have seen the headlines, “buys Mel a love bug” vomited one, why can’t they give the kid a break? How do the editors of these tabloids sit back with pride and appreciate their day’s work? How they can feel proud of working for the rags, beats my understanding. Well it pays the bills and the mortgage and the blonde skinny dolls on their arms, but honestly there are better things to write about, there is the HIV + Blood scandal, the crisis in Chad, and if it is football there are after, well there is Arsenal loosing in Paris next week.
Why stoop so low, to start writing about what a 18 year old does in his private life, with his 17 year old girlfriend, this kind of voyeurism is akin to paedophilia if you ask me, so there, I have got it off my chest, NO MORE THEO WALCOTT stories or gossip.

I am not mad, just an observer, like the issue above, all businesses have been jumping on the outsourcing bandwagon. It is a good business strategy and being a business graduate many years ago, I can understand the need for short term business stability, but when it becomes long term, the alarm bells start chiming, this cannot be sustained, the Indian graduates, answering calls to abuse and Birmingham accents realise no amount of money can be enough to account for the middle of the night hours they work, are quitting in their droves, these are Msc holders doing £4/hr stretches, instead they are moving to companies that need their skills, most IT processes like Application development are now being outsourced, it is still cheaper, but for how long? I think time will come when British IT personnel will begin to emigrate to India and China, because that is where the jobs will be, Is the UK facing an IT skills shortage? I do not think so, the skills are available, but the agencies, (recruitment) are the problem. It is okay beautifying job descriptions with the latest IT lingo and jargon, I know they need to attract the best, but why should an IT security analyst have experience in NHS project management? Help me out here folks, but it does not make sense, Project management is Project Management, IT security involves project management, which to me would be good enough, why NHS? It beats my understanding.

I think companies need to cut out the middlemen, get their HR depts to go direct to the candidates, and to those who have lost jobs in call centres, do not commit suicide yet, those jobs are going to come back, it will be cheaper employing you than the Indian graduates who have come to their senses.

But it is not all gloomy, the sun is out, the England manager elect has lost a final, and England will get to the last 16 next month.
No more chat up lines.
Why not just have a committee that reads all the tabloids and watches Sky and then gather up the names? David James as usual, the Green fella from the Championship, well that is a surprise, any more England keepers? Well read the tabloids…Michael carrick, this is really surprising, who would have thought he would be included? Owen Hargreaves, Lennon and Walcott, I will tuck into my prawn sandwich, but it is making me sick and I am not a Spurs fan.
2 injured player, uncapped players, I am as sick as a parrot

One for the football job, claims to be the proudest man in Britain, as for Charles Clark, can the same be said about him? Well it depends, like relativity it depends what angle you look at it from.
By refusing the junior roles he was offered, and standing by his principles, one can say that Charles Clark is indeed the “proudest man in Britain” Mclaren on the other hand can be said to be 3rd choice England Manager, First it was the French economist whose passion for football has made him one of the most successful managers in Britain, and he has done it with peanuts the second was a Brazilian with Portuguese roots, then in 3rd place came the poor boy done good, Steve Mclaren, did he do his pride any good by accepting the post?

Back to relativity, it is the end result that explains it. How you derive it is immaterial.
On this note, I can say this can be added to the many attempts in understanding RELATIVITY.
I will not go into the mysteries of the cosmological constant or dark matter, but like prime numbers, I think we know the phenomena but do not understand its workings.

The chat up line thread grew thin, but I will start a new one, what is the true taste of electricity? When you “eat” electricity, how does it taste like? Bitter? Sweet?
Have a brilliant ho Friday, I am off to make use of my many hours at the gym, its pay-back-time.
In fact, I am rather proud of the guy, at his age and with his looks, he managed to bolster himself into the nimble lady’s knickers.
The facts, the secretary or PA as they are supposed to be called, has a lorry driver for a fiancé, come on now, even a blind man could see how uneven this was, who would you go for, a Tesco HGV driver, working all hours under the sun, poor eating habits, these guys love buggers with mayonnaise, poor sleeping habits, I bet the driver snored, they always do, due to the diesel exposure, and not forgetting their sexist sense of humour, always have pictures of scantly clad Pamela Anderson clones in their cabins, well, the writing was on the wall, Prezza won hands down.
That one is sorted, Prescott had to find other avenues, look at his wife, it would make any faithful man become faithless.
I should not have been cynical yesterday, have 2 politicians admit in as many days is more than spin, if we are lucky, Jack Straw may come out as well… I wait with fevered glee…
Arsenal, well they won, but did they deserve to? Well as a Liverpool fan, yep, they did deserve to win, as an independent fan, NO, with all the whingeing we have been subjected to by Arsene Wenger, Oh the worst team won and all that, well the worst team won, but it is prolonging the agony, as sure as Thierry Henry is going to Barcelona, Arsenal is going to meet Barcelona and loose in Paris.
End of.

Chat up lines, “ I will tell you all the Westminster gossip, if you pop in the lift with me” it works, ask John Prescott
But hang on, the home secretary comes out and admits that foreign criminals have been let loose and cannot be deported.
All over a sudden my cynical coat is making a come back, when has a politician admitted something that on any other day would be the equivalent of telling your girlfriend, that you have fancied her mother for 3 years? Something is not right here.

I was woken up by breakfast news following a police raid on criminal gangs that were producing fake documents, the words franchise, McDonalds were used, and the picture I got, was a well run network of criminals processing everything from birth certificates to NI cards and passports, well that’s was gloomy, we are fucked, what are we to do? The response from the police was, it was impossible to stop the gangs.
What I did not hear was the mythical hydra, instead it was franchise, apparently the criminals franchise their operations, for a fee, you can open up an office dealing in fake passports in the sleepy town of llangwm, Pembrokeshire.

Are the 2 stories related? I think so, what we need is a saviour in the form of Charles Clark and Tony Blair, their weapon of choice? Well, ID cards, the lows politicians will stoop to get their way…, but I have never rated the police anyway, not after I learnt that you did not need any qualifications to join her majesty’s police service, but they have joined the cries, bring on biometrics, and make our jobs easy…. Sherlock Holmes must be chewing on his pipe.

Continuing with the chat up line thread, this one warrants a thought, “My tongue can reach places you did not know existed on your body.
Do they breathe the same air we do, or are they smoking something that is illegal and powerful, it has not yet got to the streets?
I was listening to the interview Patricia Hewitt gave on http://bbc.co.uk/radiofivel
Weekend news on which she said, the NHS was enjoying its best year yet. I do not about me, but what angle was she looking at ? If it is from the over paid GPs and Dentists that are forcing us to go private, yeah, indeed its been a Christmas come early, but if it is from the laid off nurses, the suffering patients, I hope the Hon. lady does not come back in the after life as a common council estate single mom, (I dread using the council estate, single parenthood family, because it is becoming a social symbol, that is supposed to be cool) but there you go.

The link to so called celebrities, well Davina was bemoaning her meeting with the queen, “it is all pop ratings, she (queen) did not know what job I did” the gobby presenter said with all importance, my question to you is what exactly does Davina McCall do? Presenting Big brother cannot surely be deemed a job, but again , I have no job, so who am I to comment ? Just a tired frustrated London male who has had enough of the jingoistic society I am living in.

Chat up line of the week, “let me abuse you like a parking meter” any wonder I am still single, or is it my sado masochist nature coming to life?

Victory to football, Liverpool 2 – Chelsea sluts 1, now there is a God! Bring on the Hammers, and “we shall abuse you like…… Stop IT

 Comments

The way I see it

I am not suffering from blogger's block or the after effects of a hearty easter dinner, I am just enjoying being away fromtechnology, no mobilephones, no MP3, no TV, just plain old books and a wind-up radio. I love the difference, but hasten to add, it is going to be short lived, the old disertation still beckons, and reading your posts is addictive.
Note to myself, I need to find a girl friend, honestly.

You may ask, what does this have to do with me, well a lot, for without knowing it, you may be a criminal, and when it come to the US customs officials, you are no better than a convicted drug pusher, rapist, terrorist, or assassin, well the last one was far fetched, but that is what I thought, when the bill was being passed.
I know the government is trying to protect us from the Eastern European fraudsters, but they did go over the top. Being an IT student, I actually advocate for tougher legislation as opposed to using security models and software solutions that end up victimising users through their complexity, but with this bill, I think the government got it wrong.
The wording needed to be looked at in detail, and I think the public should have been involved. Lying to a computer, to be honest everyone of us does it, after all we are asked not to give personal details to online strangers, (read a flat chested red head becomes a hot buxom blonde), that would be a crime.
So by using computers, are we volunteering as criminals?
Have a great weekend!

P.S. Bigup to Middlesbrough, I think they are going all the way, and at least they stop Arsenal from hogging the limelight
